After careful consideration and lengthy research in the Kingston area, I have chosen RY to build my home at 2225 Battersea Rd, Glenburnie. His reputation, willingness to work with the customer, and years of experience sold me.
I was utmost happy with the progress of the construction. RY made me feel confident that the project was well in hand and that the quality of work was meeting, and in many cases surpassing expectations. He was flexible in working with my wife and I, understood our intent, and took a personal interest in the project.
The project was completed ahead of schedule, on budget, and it was exactly what we were looking for. The result was a beautiful 2600 sq ft bungalow that has since captured the attention of many others. I highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a custom home in the Kingston area.

On the 30th of March, Mary and I moved into our new house on Windermere Dr, as originally agreed in our contract with you. We were very pleased with the quality of your finished product and are finding it very accommodating as we settle in.
As you are well aware, we were often very involved with the process during most stages of the construction and had many productive encounters with yourself and several members of your crew. Changes were always made as we requested and crew members Joe, DJ and Dan were especially helpful and skillful in their work.

This is not our first new home, but it is the best quality. We moved into our new home Jan 2015, when we took possession of our home there were zero deficiencies. We think that says a lot about Legacy Fine Homes quality and their trades and how they take the time to get it right.
